So far I have: *Removed "disable wifi" "brcmfmac" and "brcmutil" via the steps listed on KLOV *Put in my ssid and psk in edit wifi settings *edited /etc/network/interfaces so that iface eth0 inet is "dhcp" rather than "manual" *typed iwconfig to see...

Re: playing MP4 w/ARpiCADE or RaspberryJamma?
So, the solution seems to be to install omxplayer.
If anyone can help me with step-by-step, it would be much appreciated. Most online sources give you a command to run, but it assumes your Pi has internet access (mine does not).

Re: playing MP4 w/ARpiCADE or RaspberryJamma?
Ok - thanks for all your input. I figured as much.
I wanted to take advantage of the fact that I've actually got a CRT, and try to play some old-school TV shows on it in between games (it's horizontally oriented).

playing MP4 w/ARpiCADE or RaspberryJamma?
Weird and a bit OT I know, but... is there any way to use this setup to play MP4s on my arcade monitor? Anywhere / directory I could put an MP4 file in and have it play thru with a command/some trick? Or could I unplug the RaspberryJamma HDMI cord from the Pi and plug it into a media player w/o bad ...

Adding ROMs without re-scanning
I've got my list *exactly* the way I want it. Edited out the "bad" games, got the settings right, etc. If I want to add a ROM or two at this point, what's the easiest way w/o having to run the ROM scan and risk losing my changes? Can I simply add the file to a ROM folder and then add the name to /ho...

Re: Trying to add more ROMs, but...
What linux tools did you use? I used puppy linux but it wouldn't access the sd card. Are you using a usb stick/sd card adapter? I'm in the same situation you were in before. Windows asks to format sd card. Thanks in advance! I'll have to access my computer to remember which ones I downloaded. I was...
