quick question, I'm trying to set this up for my vertical cabinet.
I've updated this in my run.sh and I'm getting esprade to start up
/boot/launchers/fba.sh esprade >/dev/null 2>&1
However, it's starting the game not in vertical mode. Any suggestions?

Re: Buttons 4,5 and 6 not working
Just posted on Aussie Arcade :) As mentioned, the reason your buttons 4, 5, and 6 are not working is because there are no grounds. Wiring the kick harness on a sega astro city is through to the 10pin connector on the control panel. This 10 pin is not wired anywhere and does not get any ground except...

Re: New Raspberry Pi 4
I don't think you'll get perfectly timed sh3 cave shmups working on the pi4 or any other system at present. I run them perfectly in my groovymame setup, problem is, they run too perfectly! There's no slowdown at all when it's supposed to "slow down". DC/Naomi and 3D emulation running @ 60fps would b...

Re: New Raspberry Pi 4
Really looking forward to seeing if the pi4 will work with the current raspberryjamma.
I think the pi4 will be a game changer - especially if it handles Naomi/atomiswave and cave sh3

Re: Kick harness pinout.
I made mine
Yes, it does work
You have to piggy back grounds from an existing ground on the buttons though.
You won't be able to do it like a normal kick harness where there's two grounds (for P1 and P2) since the way the header is designed, it doesn't have a ground connection.

Re: ARpiCADE 3.82 Release!
Did you ever get this figured out? I'm having the exact same problem. I'm also playing on an Astro, not that I think that would make any difference. Selected any vertical option from the service menu (except high resolution) and it was the same result with the same games.. Albeit upside down (didn'...

Re: Kick harness pinout.
Hey all, sorry for the necro-bump, but is it possible to set the arpicade to 6 buttons on JAMMA and use a JNX Atlas adapter in tandem? Isn't the Atlas designed for the chinese jamma? ie. to provide 6 buttons for multi game boards? You do not require this to use 6 buttons on Jamma. The RasberryJamma...

Re: Hyperpie image on arpicade question
let's clear up some confusion.... ARpiCADE is the software that has been designed for a RaspberryJamma which is the hardware connecting the raspberry pi to a jamma compatible cabinet. Hyperpie is a software designed for a rasperry pi using a hdmi connection. Without a lot of customisation, you will ...

Re: Kick harness pinout.
You need to ground the buttons and daisy chain from an existing ground.
There is no ground on the loom. It's a pass through, that's why it would've been ideal to get a ground pin from raspberryjamma
