Re: Where to Put Plugins (Pixelcade)
I'm actually talking with the creator of the marquee now, do you know if it's a simple process to switch from Attract-Mode to RetroPie as a frontend for ArPIcade? I know there's a lot of stuff involving CRT resolution handling and whatnot so if not that's fine, but if so that would make things easie...

Re: Where to Put Plugins (Pixelcade)
Just wanna say huge thanks for still looking at this and responding here--I really appreciate you offering support on this stuff, as a total novice to anything related to Pi or Linux on my end. I've got mostly everything up now, I think! The plugin is in there, programs installed--now all I need is ...

Re: Where to Put Plugins (Pixelcade)
It's for Attract Mode. The script is here, under "Attract-Mode": https://pixelcade.org/pi-install/ The problem seems to be that ArPIcade doesn't have Stretch, Buster, or Ubuntu, so it can't install--if there was a way for me to just inject the files myself that would be fine, but I don't really have...

Where to Put Plugins (Pixelcade)
Hey there, I recently bought a Pixelcade LCD marquee for my cab--they're great, but only when I received it did I realize it's apparently only supported for RetroPie at the moment. Is there any way to change the image file for ArPIcade on a Windows system? I just want to add the Pixelcade plugin if ...

Re: Games Not Saving
It looks like this might be an issue with RetroArch not being able to save to SD card--I read somewhere there's a way you can grant this permission? Do you know any way of doing that? Sorry to be a bother, I was just really excited to play through SNES JRPGs and longer stuff on the cab, but don't wa...

Games Not Saving
Hey all, I'm having the same issue as this guy, but figured I'd make a new thread since no one responded and it was nearly a year ago.

I'm just trying to enable console game saves on my ARpiCADE. Any idea how I can do that?

Re: Splitting HDMI Signal
No problem at all, appreciate your quick response! I know it's a weird request to say the least.
I'll give it a shot and hopefully nothing bad happens. Crossed fingers.
Thanks again!

Splitting HDMI Signal
Hey there! Got my Arpicade a bit ago and absolutely love it. Thing is AMAZING and does exactly what I wanted. I'm a streamer and I'm looking to capture my arcade setup so I can stream it. My goal is to split the HDMI signal from my Pi. My concern is that by intercepting the HDMI setting from the Pi ...
