The issue with the vert sphere layout is probably file path related, ARpiCADE_5 uses /boot/firmware/[other files and folders] whereas all the earlier versions of ARpiCADE use /boot/[other files&folders] - I'm just theorizing though, haven't looked at it specifically. @cool_factor I don't have Frizzl...

There should be adjustment on the monitor chassis for the picture geometry. Hopefullly whatever overscan you have can be easily adjusted out.

Not sure what went wrong there... particularly if it loaded to rescan the roms in the first place you probably didn't do anything majorly wrong. Once you had rescanned the roms did you do a propper shutdown or reset after? If not maybe the card wasn't finalised and something odd happened... hard to ...

what is the SD card exactly? It sounds like it may have a spoofed size or something... The two partitions in the image should work, or I would have had someone mention it before...

3.X is for Pi3, won't work on Pi4 or 5.
The image foor ARpiCADE_5 is 16gig, perhaps your 16gig SD card is a few bytes too small or something (not all 16gig cards have the same space on them).

Doesn't look like it's writing the card properly. No idea why but hopefully we can figure it out. Are you writing to the whole SD card or just one partition on it? Did you add any games? If so did you safely eject the SD card before removing it from your PC? Are you using any sort of SD card extensi...
