Re: ARpiCADE 3.X (that's a ten, I thought 10 may be confusing...)

There are some very old Mac notes found here: https://www.aussiearcade.com/topic/72078-mac-user-rpi-advicehelp/#comment-1015028 You should be able to use GParted on MacOS directly too... although you may need to compile it yourself or similar. Sorry I haven't used a Mac since the 90s so can't help d...

Re: Connect via wifi on 3.X

if that old @wboy guide @cool_factor linked doesn't work on 3.X let me know.

I don't have WiFi in the office but I can try to figure it out at home... generally I don't use WiFi in my cabs so I don't know offhand.

dkong;Donkey Kong;mame139;…

should be it.

You can also generate the romlist from the service menu when you have the startup scan off.

Re: Games are blurry!

Sorry for the slow reply.

Have you set it to highres in config.txt? The default settings for ARpiCADE is low res. Thats the first place to start. It's certainly possibly to have a good picture on a LCD so it's probably just settings.

Re: Checking which version of mame is launching ROM

sorry for the slow reply, been in hospital a few days. Easiest way to check which rom is in which MAME version is to have a keyboard plugged in and press 'e' to open the edit menu for the currently highlighted rom, all the info will be there. You could set up extra menu lists for each MAME version, ...

Re: Can’t exit Exit PlayStation games

I can't replicate the issue, exit works for me, both using keyboard esc and hotkeys long hold start to exit. Did you apply the 3.X.1 update to 3.X? It's in the same 3.X release thread at the bottom of the first post. I don't think it would be the fix but it's the only difference jumping to mind unle...

Re: Need help setting up.

You have a RaspberryJAMMA v3. It is still the current version of the hardware, although current ones have a 2.5A fuse rather than the 1A of older ones as well as a brand name DAC rather than a generic. All older versions of the RaspberryJAMMA will work with the current software too, although the cur...

Re: Certain games will not load

You will need the CHD for Simpsons Bowling, but I don't think it will run great as it's a 3D game and MAME doesn't use hardware acceleration for 3D. DK remix games do work, these threads maybe useful: https://arpicade.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1194 and https://arpicade.com/forums/viewtopic.php?...

Re: Can’t exit Exit PlayStation games

I'll have to take a look. 'esc' should definately work to exit, maybe somethings broken in the controls setup for PS1. I don't think anyones reported this boefore though. If 'f1' opens the Retroarch menu you should be able to exit from there as a workaround, although I imagine it's likely if one isn...
