Thanks for the detailed post. I want to start small on this...So for example, I want to rotate the picture on my monitor without having to rotate the monitor itself. I also want to make changes to the game list (add/delete). I assume I need a keyboard (do I?) connected. What's the process? Thanks.

So I am extremely new to this. I picked up a horizontal and vertical set-up for a pair Candy Cabs. I read the basic instructions, but it didn't get me anywhere. I guess what I am asking is how do I start accessing menus to customize settings. Do I just hook-up a USB keyboard and hit a key? Really do...
