Re: UMK3 VK hack
Thank you. I’ll try the various roms out in the recommended emulators and see what I come up with.

UMK3 VK hack
Had a question about the FB emulator for arpicade 4.3. Is it FBA or FBNeo? There is a UMK3 VK (Ultimate Cup) hack rom that was optimized for FBNeo and was curious if the emulator in the Arpicade image is FBNeo. Thanks.

Re: Sound no longer working
Thanks. I will check the resistors and diode and report back. The supergun and power supply I used are no longer in use. I tested in a couple of cabs and issue is def on the board.

Re: Sound no longer working
I believe I did something to it when I connected it to a jamma cbox supergun. The 12v was running high. I dont see any visible damage to the audio amp. If I could send it to you that would be awesome or if you have any basic troubleshooting steps I could follow that would be cool too. I have a multi...

Sound no longer working
Audio out from the 1/8 jack is working through headphones. Everything else is working fine just no sound through the pcb. Tried two different jamma cabinets same issue.

Re: RGB amp washed out/low contrast?
Voltage was around 5.08 at the edge connector seems like that should be okay. I just compared Mario bros to real hardware using mame 172 and they look pretty close. I think the genesis emulator was just looking the mostly noticeably different. Previously any roms with scrolling backgrounds using Mam...

Re: RGB amp washed out/low contrast?
So I just tested Pengo with adv mame on a k4900 and it looks almost identical to the real hardware. I’m thinking maybe the emulator is making a difference at this point but I’m going to try a few more things on the PVM. I guess I’ve been using FBA and not mame for the games on the PVM. Advance mame ...
