Re: ARpiCADE_5 beta - for Pi4 or Pi5.
It'l be at least a few hours, will have to image and upload etc., it's not exactly ready to go but I have made a little progress since the first beta upload.

Re: ARpiCADE_5 beta - for Pi4 or Pi5.
May be worth a try. Not sure why adding roms would be an issue with it but sometimes odd things happen.
If you try it again and it still no luck I can upload a newer version. Wasn't planning to do a second beta release, but if it helps I may as well.

Re: ARpiCADE_5 beta - for Pi4 or Pi5.
It should be in 240p by default. Not sure what's going wrong there.
Which HDMI socket on the RPi5 are you using?

Re: ARpiCADE_5 beta - for Pi4 or Pi5.
Thanks for the feedback. Is it just low volume or both low vol and low quality? I will check it out.

Re: ARpiCADE_5 beta - for Pi4 or Pi5.
That's sensible enough. I'm planning to resize the root partition before the full release so it's very good odds it won't just be a update to the beta release... needs more space for emulators to add consoles.

Re: ARpiCADE_5 beta - for Pi4 or Pi5.
It's still early days but Pi5 works well so far. All the games you mentioned play well, no problem having them all on one image.
Not sure if anyone else has tried it on a Pi5 yet but hopefully someone will soon so it's not just me...

Re: Blown fuse & over-amperage draw
Hard to say what went wrong there. You should find the issue before plugging more boards into the cab, else you're at risk of damaging some more boards. Were you careful assembing the boards? I've seen people misalign the four player add-on board to the 40 pin header on the RaspeberryJAMMA before wh...

Re: spintrak on atari 2600 emulator
By default the first mouse is part of player 1 input binds in Retro Arch, it comes down to the individual emulator cores if they use analog or not. Unfortunately I've sent you down the garden path on this one... having done some more research the RA core version of Stella (the 2600 emulator) doesn't...
