I ordered and received the preloaded SD card for a cocktail cabinet and I cannot get to the Linux command prompt. After the boot process and I get to the game menu I hold the ESC key and I get the option to "exit attract-mode". Then I get to the service menu but when I hold ESC I cannot get to the command prompt, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help in advance.

I changed the exit menu key from 'esc' to 'f4' (or cabs service button) at some point as with the right timing it was possible to accidentally send the esc with hotkeys... Can't remember offhand which version I made the change at but I'm assuming that's the issue you've hit.
If F4 doesn't work I'm not sure what the issue is.
