SD card included with software?

I have been looking to purchase this item but I am unsure if an SD card is included with the software for version 3.7. In the downloads there’s version 3.72 but it doesn’t seem to have all the necessary files and the full version 3.7 download links go nowhere. Is an SD card included with the partitions so I can add roms or what do I have to do? I’m very confused on this part.

3.7 is ancient. You want to grab 3.X from the release section of this forum. Please do not use 3.7.
