Adjust width of vertical game on Horizontal monitor

Setting up my new ArpiCade from Highscores. Got it working pretty good. Horizontal games look good but vertical games are really really narrow. Everything is tall and thin. How can I adjust this without missing up the horizontal games?

It varies a little from emulator to emulator. Some of them can be adjusted pretty arbitrarily and some cannot. Some emulastors will run all rotated games in the same shape window, some work it out from the original pixel aspect of the game rather than the 3:4 the game shouild be run in so it can look pretty stretched depending on the game.
For MAME 172 and 192 you can access picture adjustment sliders through the MAME menu (tab or start+joy right).
For Retroarch based stuff you can edit the values in /home/pi/.config/retroarch/aconfig/[config to edit].cfg (if you need to figure out which one is being used look at the launcher logic in /boot/launchers/[emulator].sh )
AdvMAME has no way I know of to adjust rotated games, unless you want them fullscreen.
Hope that helps.

What do you mean by individual game menus?

Doesn't each game have it's own menu like arcade games do?

the games that have built in service menus originally have the service menus available but the service menus do not have width adjustment in them, typically that would be done on the monitor for a single game board.
