ARpiCADE_5 beta2 - for RPi4 or RPi5

A new Pi5 2 gb model has come out so I'm holding back the release to make sure it works on it. Should only be a few more days, assuming it works fine with the new Pi.

Patiently waiting for a non beta release, I've got 2 Pi5s waiting since January of this year. Looking forward to setting them up on the new system.

Same, went back to the Pi3 for now, hoping for an update soon!
