input_map[p1_dialx] mouse[0,x]
input_map[p1_dialy] mouse[0,y]

I tried with no luck. It keeps over writing back to "auto". I entered exactly as you posted and confirmed changes with Notepad++. Every time I boot it re-writes?

What release are you on?

Anything on this... Anyone.

Is the format correct? I really want to set up a TRON cabinet and can't get the controls working.

Your syntax looks right. Not sure why it would re-write each time you boot. It maybe worth trying editing it on the Pi using the commands listed on the previous page by @triggerhappy

@triggerhappy

Thank you for sharing this. Worked perfectly for me for my Tron/Discs of Tron with joystick and spinner controls. I really appreciate this community and people sharing solutions and troubleshooting results. Thanks!
