Mine should be coming tomorrow. Still light on details, very much looking forward to putting one on a RaspberryJAMMA. I'm impressed it's the same price as the regular Pi3. Funny the Pi Foundation spent the last year saying 'no Pi4 plans yet' while quietly sitting on their waiting hardware upgrade, the '3+'.
I'll need to do a new ARpiCADE version for it, currently tossing up if I'll upload 3.82 (or whatever version it is I've been working on) as it is now a evolutionary dead end (was prob about a week off release).

I'm guessing there will be minimal performance increases considering I run mt Pi3 at 1400 mhz already...
Might be able to squeeze a few extra mhz out of it.

It should perform a tiny bit better than your overclocked Pi3. The thermal handling will cause it to throttle less often and it only throttles back to 1200mHz (from what I've read).
Definately won't be a night and day difference. At least it's the same price.
Mine should show up today. Yesterday, I updated my development build, hopefully I can boot the Pi3+ on it now without having to remake the software entirely.
