now that the screen rolling issue is resolved im left with diagonal lines across the screen when i select a game, while on the games list menu page it looks even worse with a snowier image along with the diagonal lines, its a wells 19 k4901, wondering if its a sync issue or monitor adjustment or arpicade adjustment issue. i would post images but im having trouble uploading them, size file to large no matter how much i resize pics,any tips on that would also be appreciated. thanks

Is the monitor brightness too high? I may be imagining what you're describing wrong but it sounds a little bit like when the brightness is high and you can see a pattern created by the raster scan path.

Otherwise if that's not it a little more tweaking on the sync may help.

To upload photos I reduce both their size in pixels and the quality I save the file at using GIMP. If you're only doing one of these two things you may be able to get your file sizes down further to post the photos.

thanks for posting the pics i guess you can say they are more like stripes not really lines. i will be messing with the bright this evening and will report back. thanks again guys

In the end it doesn't look like the diagonal lines of the raster scan path but I still think you should be able to improve it with adjustments on the monitor. You should be able to get a nice clear image on screen, assuming your monitor does a nice clear image with other game boards.
