Plugged in the 4-player adaptor misaligned :(

Post by Sk8ersublime » Wed Nov 11, 2020 9:48 pm

I just cleaned up my wiring and when I hooked up the 4-player adaptor I was 1 pin off due to the gap in the connector. Of course this is a known Warning. I found that the pico fuse is blown, so I plan on replacing that. Any other damage I should be concerned about? I don’t see anything burnt or smelling on the pcb.

Thanks for any info!

The fuse on the RaspberryJAMMA should have stopped any damage from being caused (if not don't worry it's all fixable), just replacing the fuse with another 2A (or 2.5A) quick blow should have it up and running again (assuming you have the pins lined up right).

Thanks! I swapped the fuse and all seems to be working now.

Glad to see this board is repairable :) didn’t really look at that when I bought it 😂

Thanks again!
