Smash T.V. picture rolling

Hi, love this thing, but trying to get Smash T.V. working and having issues. I can get it to load and play, but the picture is rolling (top to bottom). Not getting this from any other game. Running through a G07 monitor. Any ideas?

Slightly adjust vertical on CRT, I had same issue but with moon patrol. Once I did that it worked and affected no other games.
