Boot up to one game

Another question,

I am making my own image. I would like when my game is turned on to boot up to Hyper street Fighter 2 automatically (not the menu)

I have 2 images I bought from Joe at highscoresaves - both I got him to boot up to certain games (ie: my tmnt cab boots up to tmnt, and the sf2 boots up to hyper street fighter) then to access the menu I press player 1.

I downloaded arpicade 3.9, and am in the process of copying Roms over. To make a cool head to head fighting image.

You can set a game to boot to in /boot/run.sh, there's an example in there already as a guide. Make sure you don't edit this file with Windows Notepad, if you haven't already got it I recommend Notepad++ for editing any files on Windows.

Ok, I will get the notepad++.

So when I put my sd card into my pc, how do I find /boot/run.sh ?

Is it in a folder?

Also, when scrolling thru to select games in the arcade menu, some games have a sound clip and some don’t, I find that annoying , is there a way just to turn the sound off in this game selection part? Or a way to turn the ones with no sound on?

when you plug into a (Windows) PC /boot/ is the partition you can see. So, /boot/run.sh will just look like it is run.sh in the root folder of that partition.

Ok! I found run.sh last night. Do I right click on it and open with notepad++?

I got it!! Boots up to hyper street fighter.

Now, just noticing a bunch of games do not seem to be loading. As if the Roms are missing. Even tho the Roms are there. And in the menu. Started with a fresh arpicade image.
