DISPLAY_ROTATE=2 WHAT DO I CHANGE THIS TO TO FLIP IT 180?

IS IT Display_rotate=3 ?

i notice it says comment/uncomment

so dose that mean that to flip 180

it needs to read
Display_rotate=
in other words uncomment
means to simply delete the number 2?

i would use the mame options but cant figure out how to access them either,?

anoingly i can do cocktail mode with the pres of a button and split screen mode
and i can rotate menue screen just cannot figure out roate in game 0 90 180 270

i just assumed 2 was hori normal

i tried 1,3,0 all along it was 2 just like it said in the manual i’m a sucker for punishment..
