Hi, Im new to this Forum but Im using an Arpicade for some years now. Some day´s ago I hooked it up to an Supergun and I placed the the power plug upside down. I just realized it when it started to smoke, very stupid, I know. I replaced the fuse , the SN74HC86N, the 7511 and the 7314, I checket the resistors, and I do have sound again and a picture, bud its black and purple only. Im not very much into electronics, but Im able to do some soldering work. Does someone know what can be still damaged on the Bord? The Pi is totaly fine.

Sounds like it could be either the DAC, or possibly the new surface mount video amp chip has issues or has been installed with a short between red and blue (I'm guessing this because red and blue=purple) and also the green pin (either in or out or both) isn't soldered properly.

If you need to replace the DAC I currently use and recommend the Rankie brand.
