What version rom and which version of mame should this go in to ,so it will work.

I have tried numerous roms,different mame folders and I can not get it to work.

Would be great to have it working correctly as it's my second favourite game.

Not sure hwich version of ARpiCADE you're using or what model Pi but it should run great in MAME 0.172 with the MAME 0.172 rom (if you using a Pi older than a Pi3 maybe use Advmame/MAME0.106). It should run in basically any MAME really, the trick is you need to have the correct version of the rom for whichever MAME version you're using. Just using random roms is unlikely to work out as there are sometimes changes between MAME versions when a rom has been redumped or new info has been discovered about the technicalities of the game.

Ok,so i have got the 0.172 rom and put it in the correct folder.

Now when i press load the game from the list it says game loading but then just jumps back to the main menu.

Any ideas?
