I made a PDF up to explain the default button mapping of ARpiCADE 3.82, hopefully this helps someone. I thought it was getting confusing as some of the consoles used some buttons that don't map well to arcade.
It also explains what each usable button for the hotkeys is referred to as by the hotkeys.ini file for those who like to change to different hotkeys.
