Red Earth / Warzard

Post by FrizzleFried » Tue Mar 13, 2018 7:20 pm

I can not, for the life of me, get Red Earth / Warzard to work with this Pi3. I have every other CPS3 game up and running and I've tried the NOCD, and BOTH CHD versions that can be downloaded. I've tried the Japanese Warzard ROM and the Euro Red Earth ROM (both versions)... none work.

Emuparadise's CPS3 ROMs all worked great... except this... I've tried other sources as well.

Has anyone gotten Red Earth / Warzard to work? If so, care to share your source and what ROM/CHD files worked?

THANKS!

I'll try when I get home.

But being a CPS3 game, surely it'd work under FBA?

I'll also check my hyperpie system to see if it runs on there.

Correct... I'm trying to get it to work with FBA. All other CPS3 games are working great... I just can't seem to find the right combination of ROM/CHD files it seems...

I have it running in FBA (here is generally good for FBA games: http://www.gametronik.com/site/emulation/FBA/R/All/)
files I have (no chds used)
redearth.zip 36.6MiB (parent)
warzard.zip 129.3KiB (clone - not needed at all unless you want both menu entries)

I thought I was using the nocd versions but turns out that's just SF3...

Was uploading my file too.. but it seems it's no longer required :)

Worked fine on my bartop and tate cab (yoko games on tate cabs look just as weird and bad as tate games on a yoko cab    )
