I recently purchased a RaspberryJAMMA with a 3b+ from highscore saves for my jamma cabinet and so far I love it, but I see slowness on a few games including Golden Axe: Revenge of Death Adder and NBA Jam / NBA Jam TE. I haven't tried a ton of games yet, but I've run those in RetroPie with great speed on a 3b+ before. I don't seem to have any power limitation issues and my SD card is a newer Samsung class 10 card u3 card.
Is there something I am missing or is this the expected behavior?

Sounds like your 5v is low, low power will kill the Pis performance as it throttles hard... What is it reading on the JAMMA edge?
Anything that runs full speed on any other Pi software should also perform fine on ARpiCADE.
