Daphne Setup

Post by Mamejay » Wed Jul 27, 2022 6:51 am

Hi Team,
Just got my hands on a Arpicade and have setup a 3.x build.
Want to get Daphne working. Found the Daphne-G2G zip file on archive.org.
Works perfectly on my PC using Daphneloader.
Now I just get a "save me" message when I try and run any games. It asks to parse the file and then I hear that audio.

Any ideas? Where can I get access to the logs files for Daphne?

/home/pi/.daphne/ has the logfile in it.

Checking my own setup i have a file called lair.dat that it looks like you don't have, perhapps that is something to do with it not running on the Pi. Unfortunately I'm not really sure...

All good. The DAT file is created the first time you start the game. Looks like the Pi version here falls over when it tries to create the file.
Ran each game on a PC using Daphne Loader and then copied over the DAT files.
So far have a few games working. Will update the rest soon.
Thanks!!
