I want to add roms to a 17 rom Konomi image I have. Is it as easy as simply dropping the new roms into the correct emulator folder, or, do I need to do something additional like edit a rom list or something? Thank in advance!

That should be all it takes, more or less... if the startup rom scanner has been disabled in /boot/run.sh you can run the rom scanner form the service menu.
