can anyone help me with a guide to get psx roms to work ,there are no idiots guides around just want tekken to work?

Which version of ARpiCADE are you using?
It should be as easy as adding the disc image to /boot/romsConsoles/playstation/ if it's a single file image, that and a bios file is needed for some games (some will work with the build in emulated bios some want a real bios). I'm not sure offhand if Tekken needs a real bios or not. If you have the startup romscanner turned off you will also need to scan the roms from the service menu for it to appear in the game lists.
