Tetris Grand Master 2 and 2 Plus both come up in FBA sideways... how do I fix that issue?
Also, same issue with Load Runner (the Psikyo version)...
Other games through FBA come up correctly.
What file dictates the rotation for each individual game?

There must be a config file with the wrong rotation, easiest way to fix it up is probably boot with a keyboard in and press F1 when the game starts. That will save you the headache of finding the right config file.
The mess of config files for Retroarch will be improving with the next release.
