Blank Screen ARPICADE NOOB

Post by bmcclary » Sat Jul 13, 2019 12:14 pm

First thing, I absolutely LOVE the concept of the Arpicade. I recently purchased an Arpicade from highscoresaves.com. I installed it yesterday and am getting a blank screen when I fire up my cabinet. I plugged in another Jamma board and it worked just fine. I checked volatages and adjusted as necessary and still got NOTHING. I also checked the SD card and put it in another Pi that I have and everything worked fine. PLEASE HELP!

Are the LEDs on the the Pi lit up when in your cab? If so is the green solid or flashing with activity?

Getting no lights on the Pi at all. Thinking it is the fuse and hoping to send back to highscoresaves for them to replace.

It does sound like the fuse has probably gone. It's only the fuse, the ribbon cable or maybe the Pi itself that could cause the Pi not to be getting power (assuming the power is making it to the RaspberryJAMMA board and the tracks on the PCB arn't damaged). If you haven't already you should contact the point of sale, I'm sure HSS will help.
