OpenBOR support for pak.file

I was wondering about OpenBOR support for pak.file as there is a game called Double Dragon Reloaded and it would be class to play it on the arpicade if possible somehow.

Not the first time I've been asked about OpenBOR. I think I better add support for it in a future release.
