THAT FIXED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE HELP (EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ALL MY DOING)
THIS IS AMAZING!!!!!
1 question: You said put a hash in the 3 start up so that it would not have to load all the roms each time saving wear on the sdcard. I have allowed it to load all of the roms, removed it and hashed out all three, the issue is that it doesn't keep the roms, it is just blank when I boot up. Not a big deal, just have to go through the finding all the roms each time, unless I did something wrong not me I know.

Question on video resolution
today we reviewed the settings and we had no issue with smooth video both with and without the settings you mentioned.
Maybe your cause is different as you mentioned you played around with drivers?

Re: Question on video resolution
Hi I’m just playing around with my pi 4 running latest build of lakka and I hooked it up to my blast city just to see if it will work and I’m getting 3 way split image. Does anyone know what’s happening here? I know I’m not using official arpicade software on it. It it’s weird to have the video do this.

Re: Question on video resolution
Are you feeding a low res monitor a high res signal? That's the only time I've seen that (or at least similar to that) happen.
