Is there a software way to adjust the line out volume? I have the ARpiCADE attached to my Logitech 2.1 Sound System that I was using in my MAME rig, at full volume, is about 20% the potential volume it was when running in the MAME rig... I... of course, have it plugged in to the line out on the ARpiCADE...
I am GUESSING that the Pi3 itself has it's OS volume down? (I know nothing about this... just an educated guess based on the symptoms and the experience I have with PC's in general)
Is that adjustable?

Nevermind... I figured out that the SYSTEM VOLUME is located in the menu you get to by exiting Attract Mode... and adjusting that adjusts the line out level...
It looks like I am going to be able to completely replace my 10 year old MAME PC setup with an ARpiCADE...

Glad you worked it out.
I'm probably too late suggesting this but if you haven't already got a JAMMA supply in the cab you can power the RaspberryJAMMA from a RPi 5.1v wall wart if you want to save some money. The 12v from JAMMA is only used for the audio amp that you're bypassing already anyway. Of course if you do use a JAMMA supply you can use other JAMMA boards too. -- Just a thought
